Q: What can I do if I haven't got my unlock key after payment?

A: There are some reasons why this could happen.In most cases ,it is caused by that the registration email is held back as 'SPAM' by your email provider.
Actually, you can enter 'support.daniusoft.com' to get download URL and keycode by yourself.Do as follows:

Visit 'support.daniusoft.com', log on with your user name (E-mail) and password. Enter 'My orders' section and click the 'resend' button. Subsequently the keycode email will be sent to your inbox imediately.
Moreover,if you forget your password,please click over the section 'If the password is not available, please click here to retrieve it'. Then at the bottom of the page, type in either your E-mail address or an order No. for the product to verify your identity. You can get your password afterwards.
